Advance Apparels — Wholesale Account SMS Program

1. Program Description

Advance Apparels ("we," "us") operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with approved wholesale customers about their accounts and orders. Messages include wholesale account approval notifications, order updates, shipping notifications, and customer service communications.

2. Enrollment / Opt-In

You enroll in this program by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default) on our wholesale account application form at https://www.advanceapparelswholesale.com/pages/wholesaleaccess. This is the only method by which phone numbers are collected for this program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account and order activity.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To re-join, sign up again through the wholesale account form or reply START.

7. Privacy

Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with, sold to, or otherwise provided to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Transfer of Your Mobile Number

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program and to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
