Wholesale Payment Policy
At Advance Apparels, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent ordering process for our wholesale clients. Please review our payment policy carefully before placing an order.
Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Card (Preferred Payment Method)
- The majority of wholesale orders are paid via credit card at the time of shipping.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Credit card payments are processed securely, and customers will receive an invoice upon completion.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Money Order Only
- We offer COD payment via Money Order for select customers.
- COD must be pre-approved, and orders must be confirmed before shipment.

Klarna – Buy Now, Pay Later (Subject to Approval)
- We offer Klarna’s Buy Now, Pay Later financing for eligible clients.
- Approval is subject to Klarna’s terms and credit assessment.
- Clients must apply directly through Klarna at checkout.
Net Payment Terms (Available for Long-Term Clients Only)
Net Terms are only available for existing wholesale clients who have been purchasing from us for a minimum of 12 months. Approval for Net Terms is subject to a review of order history, payment consistency, and creditworthiness.
Net 30 / Net 60 Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Approval
- Only clients with a 12+ month history of consistent, on-time payments are eligible to apply for Net Terms.
- Approval is at our sole discretion and may require credit references.
- The standard term is Net 30 (payment due 30 days from invoice date).
- Select clients may qualify for Net 60 terms based on purchase volume and payment history.

Payment & Late Fees
- Payments must be made in full by the due date.
- A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue invoices.
- If an invoice remains unpaid for 60+ days, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for the outstanding balance.

Credit Card Authorization for Overdue Balances
- Clients on Net Terms must keep a valid credit card on file.
- If an invoice remains unpaid beyond 60 days, we will automatically charge the card on file to settle the outstanding balance.
- Clients acknowledge and agree to this policy upon approval of Net Terms.

Collections & Order Restrictions
- Accounts with invoices past due over 90 days may be sent to a collections agency.
- Clients with overdue balances will have their Net Terms revoked and will be required to prepay future orders via credit card.

Disputes & Chargebacks
- Any billing disputes must be reported within 10 days of receiving an invoice.
- Unauthorized chargebacks will result in suspension of ordering privileges.
By placing an order with Advance Apparels, you agree to our Payment Policy and understand that failure to comply may result in order delays, account restrictions, or legal action for non-payment.
